In short
This site processes exactly one thing: the data you type into the contact form. We use no cookies and we do not track you. The only supplier your data passes through is Google, where we keep track of conversations.

What we collect
Through the contact form: name, email or phone (required), company, number of sites and message (optional). That is all. We do not collect your IP address for analytics, we do not fingerprint you and we do not build profiles.
Our legal basis
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. You wrote to us to discuss a possible contract; we reply.
Who receives it
Two places, both ours: our sales inbox and a Google Sheets table, where we keep track of conversations so nobody falls through. That is all.
Google acts here as a supplier hosting the table on our behalf - it does not use your data for its own purposes. Part of Google's infrastructure sits outside the European Union. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it on to anyone else.
How long we keep it
24 months from the last contact. After that, we delete it. If the form submission fails for technical reasons, the data is saved temporarily to an error file on our server so your message is not lost. It is deleted within 30 days at most.
Traffic statistics
We use an analytics tool hosted on our own server, which sets no cookies and records no personal data. We see how many people visited a page, not who.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability. Write to gdpr@fastcodingagency.ro and we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
Security
The site and the email sit on servers in the European Union; the conversation-tracking table is at Google. The connection is encrypted throughout. Access is limited to the people who have to reply.
